Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
